Motorcycle Accident-Injury
Mr. Moschopoulos represented me in a case that was anything but a foregone conclusion. Even though I was the injured (plaintiff) party involved in a motorcycle accident in which I incurred physical injury and substantial damage to my motorcycle; I faced an unfavorable police report and an insurance carrier with a reputation for fighting any claims when the report favors their client. The California Highway Patrol’s report was biased because there was no eyewitness testimony at the scene of the accident and my interview with the officer lasted less than three minutes and his questioning made it obvious to me what his findings would be.
